Terms and Conditions of Hire Vehicles can be inspected prior to booking at a mutually agreed time. Bookings will be confirmed in writing once the deposit has been paid. Deposits must be paid at the time of booking by cheque or cash. A minimum, non-refundable deposit of £50 per vehicle is required. A confirmation letter will be sent out with the request for the balance of payment 28 days prior to the service. This will confirm details of the itinerary as given at the time of booking. We will not be liable for any changes to this itinerary unless we have been informed in writing no later than 14 days prior to the occasion. All passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times. Cancellations must be made in writing to the company. Full outstanding balances will be payable should a cancellation be made within 14 days of the service. Whilst the company will make every effort to arrive punctually at your address or specified pick up point, and destination, we cannot be held responsible for late arrival or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, the company will endeavour to supply an alternative vehicle with a similar specification for your occasion. If we are unable to supply a similar vehicle we will offer a full refund of the hire price or offer a lesser vehicle and a part refund. The company recommends that you are covered with adequate travel insurance. Clients are responsible for all persons travelling with our company and will be fully liable for any damage caused by them, internally or externally. Clients are also responsible for internal or external damage caused by third parties connected to them. A minimum charge of £100 will be applied to cover valeting costs should fouling be caused by any passenger through food, drink or illness. Smoking is strictly prohibited whilst travelling in a company vehicle. The company accepts no responsibility or liability for passenger’s personal property. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check they have all their personal belongings prior to the end of service. Company vehicles are immaculately prepared prior to any occasion and we will endeavour to take necessary precautions to avoid any damage to clothing. The company will accept no liability for any clothing stained by road grime, oil or grease from any part of the vehicle. In the unlikely event of this happening please ensure you have adequate insurance cover. Our Chauffeurs will choose the most direct route, based on experience and local knowledge unless otherwise specified. Violence, foul language, intimidation, antagonism or any other form of anti-social behaviour towards our Chauffeurs will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the service and the incident will be reported to the Police. Acts of vandalism or malicious damage caused to the vehicle or its driver will result in prosecution. The company offers a total discretion for all clients policy. Our Chauffeurs will not discuss or disclose any personal details to any third party unless authorised to do so or requested by the Law. We may from time to time request permission from our clients to take photographs of their special event for our website, however, should you be opposed to this please inform us at the time of booking. The company reserves the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any time. All Copyrights and Trademarks acknowledged.
